Solo Self-tie with Sophia Rose - a session for exploration, creativity and intuitive self tying.

Sophia Rose is a highly experienced rope practitioner and facilitator, who offers a grounded, creative and mindful approach to her work. Shophia's teaching style is person-centred and trauma informed, bringing a warm, grounding energy to spaces that enables participants to explore the practice feeling safe, seen and supported.

This playful and easy to follow session will guide you through basic tying techniques to connect with your body, desires and creativity. Sophia will offer practical skills and suggestions to explore rope on your body, and your body in rope, in a relaxed, sensual setting.

This session is open to absolute beginners, as well as those with experience, who are curious about new ideas and approaches to self tying.
